2013年(nian)4月1日起生效 ICP-P07Ver.01(C) 前言: 自2013年(nian)4月1日起,對(dui)于(yu)能(neng)達到周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)60小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)工(gong)廠(chang),ICTI"關愛(ai)"程序(ICP)將頒發全新名為"Class A(60-hour workweek)"級別的(de)證書。除適用于(yu)季節性(xing)(xing)(xing)不(bu)明(ming)顯的(de)行業(ye),Class A(60-hour workweek)對(dui)其(qi)(qi)他(ta)行業(ye)的(de)工(gong)廠(chang)也會是鼓(gu)勵性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)目標,促進整(zheng)個(ge)行業(ye)的(de)工(gong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間狀(zhuang)況的(de)持(chi)續改善(shan)。 一(yi)直以(yi)來(lai)ICP不(bu)斷努力推動(dong)玩具(ju)(ju)業(ye)工(gong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間的(de)持(chi)續改善(shan),希(xi)望逐(zhu)步(bu)使(shi)之與當地(di)勞動(dong)法及其(qi)(qi)它(ta)國際性(xing)(xing)(xing)認可工(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)標準(zhun)一(yi)致。透過持(chi)續改進計劃,ICP已(yi)逐(zhu)漸把程序所接(jie)受的(de)工(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數降低為每周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)不(bu)能(neng)超過66小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),但考(kao)慮(lv)到玩具(ju)(ju)業(ye)長期以(yi)來(lai)突出的(de)季節性(xing)(xing)(xing)生產特(te)性(xing)(xing)(xing),ICP接(jie)受在(zai)全年(nian)52周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)不(bu)超過12周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)超過66小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)但不(bu)超過72小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)“季節性(xing)(xing)(xing)加班”。 隨著ICP進一(yi)步(bu)認證領域擴(kuo)展至兒(er)童用品業(ye),及經(jing)過與民間社會組織的(de)長期和深入討論,我(wo)們(men)已(yi)經(jing)準(zhun)備逐(zhu)步(bu)落實60小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)工(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)標準(zhun)。 對(dui)于(yu)兒(er)童用品及其(qi)(qi)他(ta)非玩具(ju)(ju)用品工(gong)廠(chang)的(de)買家來(lai)說,他(ta)們(men)的(de)供(gong)應(ying)商比較不(bu)受季節性(xing)(xing)(xing)影響,所以(yi)很多買家已(yi)要(yao)求(qiu)供(gong)應(ying)商每周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)不(bu)能(neng)工(gong)作超過60小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。但對(dui)于(yu)傳統玩具(ju)(ju)業(ye),現階段(duan)要(yao)求(qiu)工(gong)廠(chang)每周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)不(bu)能(neng)工(gong)作超過60小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)還不(bu)現實。因此,Class A(60-hour workweek)級別的(de)證書只作為一(yi)個(ge)選擇(ze)性(xing)(xing)(xing)及鼓(gu)勵性(xing)(xing)(xing)...
